      Job Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement customized fitness plans for clients based on their goals and fitness levels
      • Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
      • Conduct assessments and track client progress
      • Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and form
      • Guide clients through warm-ups, workouts, and cool-downs
      • Offer support and encouragement to help clients stay motivated
      • Maintain accurate records of client workouts and progress
      • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices
      • Create a positive, inclusive environment for clients of all backgrounds
      • Assist in promoting the company and building a strong client base through referrals and word-of-mouth

      Qualifications & Skills:

      Required:

      • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Basic understanding of exercise physiology and nutrition
      • Ability to motivate clients and build lasting relationships
      • CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
      • High school diploma or equivalent
      • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

      Preferred:

      • Certified personal trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, or similar certification)
      • Experience in a fitness-related role (internship, volunteer, or personal training)
      • Knowledge of various fitness equipment and workout techniques
      • Ability to create and lead group fitness classes
      • Strong organizational and time management skills
      • Social media proficiency to assist in client engagement and marketing efforts
