      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to retail agents to generate new business and convert leads into binding orders
      - Educate customers on quoting platforms and available services
      - Drive daily submission goals and communicate relevant information to the marketing team
      - Analyze quoting activity to identify trends and address issues with customers and team members
      - Collaborate with territory sales executives to discuss strategies and resolve agent issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - P&C insurance license within 90 days of employment
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence
      - Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
