We are currently seeking dependable, hard-working individuals for an Entry-Level Inventory Associate position. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Richardson, TX, offering stability and benefits. Qualifications:
• Basic computer skills. (MS Excel)
• Basic use of hand tools like electric drills.
• Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
• Must be able to work both independently and in a Team environment.
• Must be able to have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors and customers).
• Ability to lift / carry by hand items weighing up to 45-50 pounds several times a week.
Responsibilities include:
• Data entry and continued maintenance of information fed to a database with the information required for tracking assets throughout an asset's lifecycle
• Labeling of all major assets
• Work directly with technical support and engineering teams for locational deployment and dispensation of assets
• Assist in procurement planning, forecasting, and physical inventories within the labs
• Reconciliation of any inventory and database discrepancies found during inventory audits
