UWM is looking for self-starters for our Mortgage Operations teams! You’ll help make sure loan documents are handled quickly, correctly and on time.

What You Should Know:

• 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday
• Requires 100% full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI
• $500 sign-on bonus*

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Achieving daily production goals
• Accurately entering data
• Building relationships with clients and team members
• Following rules to keep all customer and loan information safe and private
• Managing phone calls from clients and internal team members
• Supporting the loan process from start to finish
• Verifying that all loan information is correct and complete

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knows how to use typical office tools like Microsoft Office, Excel and/or Google Docs

• Great attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
