      Join Grassroots Team as a Canvasser to work on behalf of Greenpeace USA and advocate for environmental causes. Qualifications: - You do not need experience in canvassing or fundraising - You must be comfortable canvassing and fundraising door-to-door in neighborhoods - You must be comfortable canvassing door-to-door sales - Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and meet targets - Must be self-motivated, energetic, and have a positive attitude - Strong English communication skills - A good work ethic, and a passion for human rights - Must be willing and able to commute to downtown Seattle daily - Driving is highly discouraged, public transportation is most effective - Hours: Monday - Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to canvass and fundraise
    • Engage with homeowners and provide information about our partner's campaigns
    • Explain the benefits of our offerings and answer any questions or concerns
    • Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-up
    • Attend team meetings and provide feedback on community responses
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions
    • Work towards meeting fundraising targets and goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective success
