      JOB TITLE: Preventive Maintenance Technician (VSE)

      SUMMARY:

      The Entry Level Preventive Maintenance Technician will be responsible for preventive maintenance on semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Assist experienced technicians with Preventive Maintenance activities.
      2. This position requires working around chemicals; proper training and handling will be provided.
      3. Complete preventive maintenance setups, leak checks, and quality checks on semiconductor equipment and components.
      4. Assist with parts receiving, staging, and inspection.
      5. Perform equipment maintenance on peripheral components such as leak check detectors and others.
      6. Engage as a PM team member to complete maintenance activities with other technicians, assisting as directed.
      7. Perform maintenance at designated locations across the work site.
      8. Stay updated on processes and procedures by reviewing SOPs.
      9. Be prepared to complete scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance activities as needed.
      10. Use computers for training and maintaining maintenance logs.

      Position Requirements:

      • High School Diploma.
      • Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
      • Willingness to wear a respirator if necessary.
      • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4/3 rotation, with flexibility for day/night shifts.
      • Experience with basic hand tools.
      • Local candidates only.

      Physical Demands & Work Environment:

      • Frequent standing, sitting, handling, respirator use, and working in confined spaces.
      • Occasional climbing, bending, working near moving parts or chemicals.
