Workers in the u00A0 entry level u00A0 labor pool are assigned to operating and service departments to assist with extra u00A0 workload, cover absences, and supplement crews. u00A0 Job duties u00A0 may include but u00A0 are not u00A0 limited to; u00A0 operation of u00A0 machinery, u00A0 forklift/clamp truck operating u00A0 and u00A0 general housekeeping.

Required Qualifications:

Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months steady work history with no major gaps in employment history (recent layoffs and graduations will be taken into consideration) .

Southern swing shift rotation. The department for this position depends on mill need at the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
