      Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

      Job Description

      Join a dynamic team that specializes in maintaining, repairing, and servicing large parts used at various power plants, refineries, and manufacturing sites.       Responsibilities

      • Operate equipment to move parts to the paint booth.
      • Prepare parts for painting, ensuring they are taped and surface areas are ready.
      • Load and unload raw steel for cranes.
      • Assist in painting large parts using wet paint.
      • Provide support in other areas as needed.

      Essential Skills

      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
      • Prior experience working in manufacturing.
      • Experience operating overhead cranes is ideal.
      • Capability to work independently and reliably.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Experience in production and paint preparation.
      • Knowledge of industrial painting, sanding, and spray gun techniques.
      • General labor and assembly skills.
      • Mechanical assembly expertise.
      • Proficiency in hand tools and sandblasting.

      Work primarily on the first shift with flexibility to work weekends.

      This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eureka, Illinois.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
