What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound customer calls, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and resolve customer inquiries
- Utilize systems and technology for account management and support tasks
- Apply sales skills to recognize and act on sales opportunities
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction appropriately to the management team
- Strive for first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute with accuracy
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
