What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues effectively
- Utilize systems and technology to manage customer accounts and inquiries
- Recognize sales opportunities and apply skills to promote upgrades
- Explain products and processes clearly to customers
- Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong typing skills (20+ words a minute)
- Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
- Proven customer service orientation with skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
