- Mondays are required office days. You will attend weekly meetings and prep for the upcoming week. Will meet at the Troy location.
- Service existing client base while acquiring your own.
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus daily on client management/growth, training, and leadership development.
- Advance into leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in an occasional high-paced environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team and fill an entry-level sales-to-management position. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
