What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license
- High school diploma is mandatory; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of sales lead or accounting software is helpful
- Fundamental computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to analyze complex insurance concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer service is beneficial
- Previous knowledge or experience in sales is a plus
