  What You’ll Do

  As an Environmental Compliance Specialist, you will provide expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and contributing to sustainability initiatives.

  Regulatory Compliance:

  • Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for air, water, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit permits, reports, and other regulatory documentation.

  Program Management:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor environmental compliance programs.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify improvement areas and ensure adherence to standards.

  Client Collaboration:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on regulatory changes and strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate client teams on best practices.

  Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze environmental data and prepare detailed reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Track compliance metrics and recommend actionable solutions.

  Problem Solving:

  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  What We’re Looking For

  Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
  • Experience: 3+ years in environmental compliance or consulting with familiarity in frameworks like EPA, OSHA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, or CERCLA.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
