- Conduct assessments to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for air, water, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit permits, reports, and other regulatory documentation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor environmental compliance programs.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify improvement areas and ensure adherence to standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on regulatory changes and strategies.
- Conduct training sessions to educate client teams on best practices.
- Analyze environmental data and prepare detailed reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Track compliance metrics and recommend actionable solutions.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
- Experience: 3+ years in environmental compliance or consulting with familiarity in frameworks like EPA, OSHA, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, or CERCLA.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience) + bonuses.
