**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead the development and implementation of emissions, water, material, and cost reduction projects
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment on sustainability projects
- Own pilot projects from concept to full implementation, ensuring replicability across manufacturing sites
- Promote a culture of environmental sustainability within the organization
- Monitor, trend, and report on project progress and its impact on sustainability commitments
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in related roles for a global, multi-site consumer goods organization
- Data analytics skills including proficiency in OSI PI, PI Vision, Seeq, Python, and PowerBI
- Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent training
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support project needs

- Specialized expertise in environmental regulations, energy, or sustainability standards
- Experience with Tissue Mill operations processes and control systems
- Adept digital capabilities in data management and workflow management
