- Execute test plans and procedures for acceptance and qualification test campaigns
- Ensure all operations are performed on time, safely, and in accordance with the defined process
- Troubleshoot and identify ultimate root cause of issues, then implement permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Support the design and development of test equipment and harnesses
- Collect test data to ensure that hardware is operating as expected; Use data analysis tools to interpret test results
- Keep track of laboratory supplies, order replacements when necessary, and maintain an organized and clean work area
- Operate and take ownership of all lab equipment including multiple thermal vacuum chambers and vibration tables.
- Associate degree or higher in electronics or engineering and 1+ years of relevant experience
- Experience using standard lab test equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and DMMs
- Ability to work independently with accelerated schedules while following procedures step by step
- Experience/understanding of hardware/software interfaces and basic schematic interpretation skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box
- Ability to clearly communicate issues and blockers as they arise
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized and efficient
- Up to 10% travel could be required for this role for offsite testing
- Familiarity with environmental test equipment including but not limited to: Thermal and thermal vacuum chamber and dynamic testing equipment
- Experience in harness fabrication
- Experience writing test reports and test procedures
- Experience with building test racks and rack enclosures
- Experience testing to MIL-STD-810G, MIL-STD-461E, SMC-S-016, or other rigorous environmental testing and screening standards
- Knowledge of one or more high-level general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to LabVIEW and Python

As an Environmental Lab Test Technician you will be responsible for the environmental test and verification of component level assemblies across multiple programs and departments. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence our rapidly growing environmental test lab as it scales alongside our launch vehicle and spacecraft manifests. You will work hand in hand with test engineers and management to grow our capabilities, provide input to test plans and procedures, improve test setups/equipment, and execute testing for flight hardware.
This is a swing shift position. New hires will be on-boarded during first shift before transitioning into a more independent swing shift role.
