      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Strategize land planning and permitting for large construction projects
      - Establish and maintain a log of all required land planning actions and permits
      - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and regulators
      - Lead meetings with jurisdictional authorities and internal teams
      - Coordinate submission of required materials to close out permits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree in civil/environmental engineering, construction management, or environmental policy
      - Minimum 5 years of professional experience
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Highly organized with the ability to work in a diverse team environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - M.S. in civil/environmental engineering or environmental policy
      - Permitting and compliance experience with knowledge of regulations
      - Experience with Power BI
