      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and lead tasks associated with energy projects
      - Direct and oversee energy facility siting/routing, permitting, and environmental field surveys
      - Prepare permit applications and represent clients before regulatory agencies
      - Research and interpret federal, state, and local regulations
      - Coordinate effectively with team members and work independently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. or M.S. in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related degree
      - 7 to 15+ years of related consulting experience
      - Experience with resources and regulatory agencies in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and/or Utah
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) planning
      - Familiarity with U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Forest Service (USFS)
      - Strong project management skills
