What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated list of clients, assisting with project setup and management
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, laboratory operations, and the sales team
- Monitor project status and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams
- Document and execute client requests, ensuring accuracy in project data and invoicing
- Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress and future needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sciences and/or customer service
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong self-initiative and resourcefulness
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to lift/carry/push and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs on an occasional basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Assistant
- Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, including NPDES and SW-846
