      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise Environmental Services personnel and lower-level supervisors to maintain cleanliness in the hospital
      - Enforce compliance requirements and hospital policies
      - Assist in employee orientation and training
      - Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the hospital
      - Maintain accurate records and ensure supplies are available for staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and two years of supervisory experience in a directly related field
      - Driver's license may be required
      - Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Knowledge of Infection Control and Safety Standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field
      - Additional certifications in Environmental Services management
