      Project Manager

      Your Mission

      Based in Morges, Switzerland, the Project Manager manages Sales Projects (no R&D projects) and is the first point of contact for his projects. He performs a wide range of duties, including the following:

      • Producing Customer projects plans that include time schedule, logistics and procurement plans, costs and resource allocation, third party agreements, etc.
      • Project documentation writing and control
      • Order processing
      • Ensuring that project deliverables are compatible with customer requirements and contracts
      • Organization and supervision of service team during installation and commissioning of onsite activities
      • Internal reporting of progress, revenue and cost
      • Coordination of collaboration with partners & suppliers
      • Effectively applying internal methodology and enforcing project standards
      • Supporting Sales team with analysis of scope and contractual conditions, its implications to demarcations, complexity, cost impact and other prerequisites for fulfilment
      • Meeting with Customer at Omnisens or at their site for system validation, project review, audit, etc.

      Your Skills

      • Strong organizational skills, teamwork oriented, self-motivated, stress tolerant and ability to work independently
      • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
      • Professional and customer-oriented appearance and behavior
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project

      Profile

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required, and Master’s degree preferred
      • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Engineering or Project Management
      • PMP or similar certification is a plus
      • Experience in Fiber Optics technology or in Oil & Gas and Energy projects is a plus
      • Experience in contracts or T&C’s analysis is a plus
      • Willing to travel moderately at relatively short notice

      Language

      • Fluent written and spoken English and French
      • German or Spanish is an asset
