What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to Applications Analysts in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling section activities
- Collaborate with client management to identify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate section activities with other IT departments, including database, telecommunications, and technical support
- Act as an expert technical resource throughout all phases of development and implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
- Epic Ambulatory certification and experience is required
- 2-3 years of experience in Epic Regulatory Reporting is a plus
- Ability to supervise and direct the work of other Applications Analysts

- Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in project leadership roles
- Familiarity with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies, and tools
- Strong organizational and planning skills
