      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary development contact for each Epic module
      - Responsible for the configuration of Epic application areas
      - Maintain knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, and industry best practices
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance Epic knowledge beyond the assigned module
      - Ensure compliance with Epic Certification requirements within the designated timeframe

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
      - Epic Certification acquired in the assigned area of responsibility within 3 months
      - Minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience
      - Strong knowledge of the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations
      - In-depth understanding of Epic applications and best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in healthcare technology or systems development
      - Familiarity with other Epic modules beyond the assigned area
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
