What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data, and supporting the rollout of Epic and other IT systems
- Optimize workflow processes by building applications tailored to organizational needs
- Apply expert knowledge of Epic system capabilities to meet process needs
- Collaborate with local ministries to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Epic certification requirements within six months

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree in Clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or related field required
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience in healthcare IT may substitute for the degree
- Minimum of 5 years of Epic Application Analyst or related experience required
- Epic certification or accreditation in designated functionality module(s) required within six months
- Must be available for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
