What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and configure the employer’s instance of Epic, aligning user requirements with business needs
- Collaborate with customer analysts and internal teams to ensure successful Epic Aura integrations
- Lead the design, development, and testing of Epic workflows for new projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic software and integrations
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance Epic workflows based on user feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, business, healthcare, or equivalent experience
- Active Epic certification in EpicCare Ambulatory, Beaker, Order Transmittal, and/or Care Everywhere
- Experience working with Epic applications
- Demonstrated self-direction with strong organizational, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various organizational levels and external entities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience working with Epic applications
- Epic Aura integration experience
- Familiarity with HL7, Mirth, Jira/Confluence, and Salesforce
- Experience in genomics labs
