What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, test, implement, and support information technology solutions
- Collaborate with customers to document requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers and peers
- Review business and clinical operations to identify information system needs
- Perform cost/benefit analyses and design and analyze information systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical setting
- Strong understanding of physician documentation and clinical workflows
- Proficiency with medical terminology and healthcare procedures
- BA/BS Degree or 5 years of equivalent clinical or information services experience
- Current Epic Certifications in one or more Epic applications, preferably Ambulatory, or achieve certification within 180 days
- Background in medical informatics is a plus
- Clinical background (nursing, APP, therapies, etc.) is a plus
- SQL experience developing reports and extracts across Ambulatory
- Consulting with operations for new business solutions according to Epic data structure
- Ability to triage and prioritize analytics requests
- Availability for off-hours work and participation in on-call rotation
