- Working on the Epic Access applications (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Welcome, Eligibility, Referrals)
- 2 remote days per week

- Looking for applicant that has at least 2 years of Epic analyst/build experience with any of the applications above. Below would be preferred order of prioritization with application experience however a key driver for this position will be organizational fit and personal drive.

- The ideal candidate for this position would be someone looking for a development/growth professional role, in order to be successful in this position the ideal applicant must be highly motivated and have an internal sense of drive and urgency. This person needs to be comfortable working on a variety of projects and managing themselves in some capacity.
- This position will require a good amount of internal discipline as the team manages multiple applications and works with a variety of operational customers with varying needs
- I'm hoping to find someone who has an appetite for knowledge and is willing to learn multiple applications. This position does offer additional certifications as well.
- Ensuring the integrity, integration, and stability of projects and production support for Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, Referrals, and Welcome applications
- Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Requires in-depth professional knowledge and practical/applied expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines within the broader professional field
- Has knowledge of best practices and understands integration across applications; demonstrates awareness of the industry, including regulatory, evolving customer demands, and the factors that differentiate the organization in the market
- On call support which may include after-hours
- Developing and revising project plans for assigned projects and associated project management responsibilities including creating and maintaining projects and logging time in EPM
- Facilitate and document current state assessments and future state design activities in support of assigned projects
- Developing and maintaining test plans and scripts
- Completing testing cycles (unit, functional and integration testing); Includes coordinating with departmental super-users and obtaining customer signoff
- Troubleshooting and issues tracking for systems
- Formulating system scope and objectives to develop or modify complex system designs
- Strong written and oral communication skills required. Clearly communicate with any staff member regarding a variety of issues related to troubleshooting, project management, ongoing production maintenance, or implementation activities.
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, required
- Certifications / proficiencies with any of the applications, preferred:
- Epic Cadence, Epic Prelude, Epic Grand Central (ADT), Epic Eligibility (RTE), Epic Referrals/Authorizations, Epic Welcome
- 2+ years Epic system analysis experience with any Epic Access application (ADT/Grand Central, Eligibility/RTE, Prelude or Cadence) preferred
- Ability to hear and communicate with others in a clear, understandable, and professional manner. Demonstrated use of good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with peers, management, hospital staff, vendors, and other customers
- Effective organization skills and attention to detail; effective follow-through, and commitment to excellence
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work after hours when required
- Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Experience participating in system installation projects including design, build, testing and conversion

Position Summary
