      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain expertise and optimize the Lumens Epic module in a surgical setting
      - Provide system support, including analysis, build, and testing of requested changes
      - Review, build, test, and implement new functionality via system upgrades and special updates
      - Troubleshoot software and workflow issues and define mitigation plans for resolution
      - Develop and document internal procedures for Epic applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Superior communication skills, both oral and written
      - Familiarity with project lifecycle and project management methodologies
      - Ability to plan and manage projects of various sizes
      - Analytical skills to collect and summarize information for problem-solving
      - Active Epic certification in at least one Epic module

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1 year of experience supporting one or more Epic modules
      - Certification in Lumens, Cupid, or Radiant
