What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary development contact for each Epic module
- Configure Epic application areas to achieve safety and efficiency goals
- Develop and optimize Epic systems to meet billing requirements
- Collaborate across teams to enhance the Epic system without direct supervision
- Utilize knowledge of various billing types, including Medicare and Rural Health Billing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Epic Hospital Billing Administration & Hospital Billing Claims Certification is required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of system analysis techniques and organizational policies
- In-depth Epic knowledge that extends beyond the assigned team module

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with consecutive/Medicare 3-day billing
- Familiarity with critical access billing and research billing
- Knowledge of working DNB edits and system actions
- Understanding of payor/plan mapping
