What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Building, testing, and maintaining assigned Epic applications
- Troubleshooting and analyzing system issues, identifying and implementing solutions
- Testing and reviewing product releases, communicating necessary changes
- Following system change control procedures
- Collaborating with analysts, vendors, and operations to ensure system integrity and meet business needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Clinical Science, or Computer Science preferred
- 1 year of experience supporting an EMR or similar software applications in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of clinical and/or administrative workflows
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Epic certification required within 6 months of hire or completion of training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience as a super user or analyst supporting an EMR or similar software applications in a healthcare environment
- Experience implementing or supporting an EMR
- Any existing Epic certifications
