      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review system requirements and business processes to test, debug, and implement software solutions
      - Develop and execute test plans, performing software quality assurance tasks
      - Train end users on the operation of software applications and develop user documentation
      - Provide ongoing support for software applications, identifying and resolving issues
      - Run reports, update tables, and assist with the ongoing operation of the software environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred, or equivalent experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
      - Certification in Compass Rose or Healthy Planet for Health Plans
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions
      - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools
