      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions
      - Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance tasks
      - Train end users on the operation of software applications and develop user documentation
      - Provide ongoing support for software applications by identifying and resolving issues
      - Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, and updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
      - 2-3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
      - Certification in Compass Rose or Healthy Planet for Health Plans
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions
      - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff
      - Ability to learn quickly
