What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with users and IS peers to capture business needs and develop requirements for small to medium applications
- Analyze and document application processes and functions
- Define design alternatives and recommendations and develop specifications
- Build or configure systems and execute test scripts to ensure software accuracy
- Develop IS internal procedures and documentation and troubleshoot and solve complex problems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted
- 2+ years of information technology experience in relevant healthcare or business area
- Knowledgeable about key concepts in information technology and information systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to establish systems, designs, flow charts, and requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic OpTime certification or intent to gain OpTime certification on hire
- Experience working with a variety of healthcare-related systems
- Experience managing a work queue and taking tickets to completion
