What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management on all phases of the project development cycle
- Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending efficient and cost-effective system designs
- Perform analysis, system design, and coding of new or modified programs
- Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience; Master’s degree preferred
- Eight years of diverse work experience in IT with a minimum of six years in systems analysis and application program development
- Experience with Epic data and tools such as Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL, and integrating third-party data
- At least one certification from Epic, including Cogito Fundamentals, Clarity Fundamentals, or Caboodle Fundamentals
- Preferred experience in service lines/applications such as Command Center/Patient Flow, Radiant, and Optime

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Caboodle Development for Clarity Data, SlicerDicer Customer Build Badge, or Cogito SQL Badge
- Relevant application training in Epic systems
- Familiarity with advanced data presentation and patient movement solutions
