What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop logical modeling and presentation solutions within business intelligence environments
- Maintain data integrity and security for assigned applications and systems
- Translate concepts and directions into practical solutions
- Collaborate with business and technology departments to understand system data and its use
- Troubleshoot extract packages that implement complex programming processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of analytics experience with 3 years of SQL report writing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare
- Epic Clarity certification/accreditation required or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Experience with relational database structures, multi-dimensional database, and data warehouse design architecture
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data Visualization experience using BI tools like Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Crystal Reports
- Experience in leading technical work across multiple technology teams
- Comprehensive understanding of clinical or business principles
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to independently manage customer expectations
