What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise for assigned Epic module related to EpicCare Ambulatory
- Lead software upgrade initiatives and enhancements to workflows including design, build, and test phases
- Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring appropriate documentation and issue escalation
- Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use and provide support for application incidents reported through the help desk
- Develop and maintain system design and build documents and other system documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active/current Epic certification in Bones and more than 2 years Epic Experience or a minimum of 5 years direct client experience
- 3+ years healthcare experience
- 2+ years Direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflow, patient portal, closing encounters, and patient flow
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% to client sites
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, cross-team communication, and leadership skills

- Experience in department build and implementing community connect locations
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and demonstrate a consultative and collaborative style with cross-functional teams
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to handle challenging interpersonal situations
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence others
