      You Are :
      A skilled Epic Clinical Project Manager in a lead role.

      The Work:

      Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Clinical Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client to:

      • The Epic Clinical Project Manager will be responsible to lead their team of consultant and client analysts responsible for the clinical applications at a client site, to work with client and internal stakeholders ensuring high quality, on time, and on cost delivery

      • The Epic Clinical Project Manager will be responsible to design workflows, develop creative build options, manage difficult stakeholders to gather project requirements and deliver those project, while also managing an offshore team.

      • This work entails managing projects, managing issues and risks, ensuring high quality deployment, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and managing a team of analysts

      • Additionally, this person will serve as primary liaison with the client and internal leadership teams

      • Identify potential opportunities for process and quality improvement

      • Intervene and resolve escalations with members as needed

      • Lead, motivate, develop, and define positive outcomes for a team of Clinical analysts to ensure the related apps are being presented effectively and consistently

      • Provide leadership, coordination and management of processes and functions for clinical applications

      • Maintain and reinforce communication and linkages between the Epic clinical team and other relevant teams

      Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

      Here is what you need:

      • Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT in an Clinical Application Project Manager role

      • Minimum 1 year in healthcare IT in an Epic Clinical Project Manager role

      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

      Bonus points if you have:

      • Minimum 1 year of consulting experience in similar consulting firms

      • Understanding/knowledge of implementation methodology

      • Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm

      • Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic

      • Experience managing integrated areas such as Testing, Charging, Training, Cutover, or Conversion

      Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.       California: $93,400 to $224,600

      Colorado: $93,400 to $194,100

      New York: $86,500 to $224,600

      Washington: $99,500 to $206,700
