What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary support contact for the Healthy Planet Epic application, ensuring optimal system functionality
- Proactively identify and resolve issues within the assigned application, utilizing a ticket management system for documentation
- Guide the design of workflows, system building, testing, and troubleshooting related to Epic software
- Communicate application changes, enhancements, and procedures to other teams and end-users as necessary
- Lead initiatives for system enhancements and maintain adherence to change management protocols

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Epic Healthy Planet certification required, with completion expected within 90 days of employment
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a healthcare-related clinical environment
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems analysis, design, and implementation
- Understanding of patient care services processes within an acute care facility or ambulatory office practice

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic application implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support
- Familiarity with clinical services, ancillary departments, financial services, and medical records processes
- Proven ability to engage with end-users for feedback during system changes and enhancements
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in developing training processes or curriculum content for end-users
