  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Provide institutional expertise in the delivery of clinical care related to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Program
  - Evaluate and promote new technologies aimed at streamlining clinical documentation and assessment processes
  - Participate in the development and advanced implementation support of automated clinical processes
  - Provide at-the-elbow and other end-user support for all EHR users
  - Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to enhance healthcare delivery
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 2 years of relevant technical or business work experience
  - Required education: Associate's degree in a healthcare field or equivalent work experience with electronic health records
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills
  - In-patient Epic experience required
  - Experience with business applications
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience with Epic EHR
  - Experience in data analytics and data management associated with systems evaluation
  - Familiarity with medical policy documentation
  - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
