What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to the Applications Analysts in the development of specifications for new or revised systems
- Plan, organize, and control the activities of the section
- Collaborate with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes
- Coordinate activities with other IT sections, including database, telecommunications, and technical support
- Serve as an expert technical resource throughout all phases of development and implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in IT
- Certification in Willow Inpatient required; Willow Inventory certification preferred
- Strong experience with Charging and Inventory is a plus
- Ability to supervise and direct the work of other Applications Analysts

- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience with diverse development platforms, software, hardware, and technologies
- Previous project leadership experience
- Familiarity with complex business requirements and processes in healthcare settings
