Configure, build, test, and maintain the Epic Lumens module to support gastroenterology and endoscopy clinical workflows.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
Support new implementations, system upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts for the Lumens application.
Deliver user training, support documentation, and go-live support for clinical teams.
Troubleshoot application issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive resolution in a timely manner.
Participate in cross-functional project planning, stakeholder meetings, and change management initiatives.
Active Epic Certification or Accreditation (or eligibility) in Epic Lumens is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare, science, or business-related field.
In lieu of a degree, four (4) years of relevant professional experience will be considered.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Epic clinical applications, with at least 1-2 years specifically in Epic Lumens.
Strong understanding of endoscopy/GI workflows, clinical informatics, and data management.
Proven ability to implement, configure, and support Epic systems within a large healthcare organization.
ITIL Foundation Certification highly preferred
This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Lumens Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a direct hire, primarily remote position, with occasional onsite travel required. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of endoscopy and gastroenterology workflows and hands-on experience building and optimizing the Epic Lumens module.
