What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide expertise and experience in Epic product function, design, build, and testing for assigned Epic modules
- Collaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system and make necessary configuration enhancements
- Lead software upgrade initiatives or workflow enhancements, including design, build, and test phases
- Participate in design and validation sessions, ensuring appropriate documentation and issue escalation
- Provide technical and clinical consultation, including application configuration and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications
- Active/current Epic certification in Epic MyChart
- 4+ years of Epic application experience
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Willingness or ability to travel at least 25% to client locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, EpicCare Link, and Care Everywhere
- 2+ years of team management experience, including cross-team communication and leadership skills
