What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and create curriculum and adoption materials for training programs
- Incorporate instructional design best practices to address learning needs
- Collaborate with application and build analysts to ensure consistency with workflows
- Train and mentor Epic Credential Trainers
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness of education deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Epic certifications/proficiencies in Optime and Anesthesia Curriculum
- 4+ years of healthcare experience
- 3+ years of Epic application experience, including project experience
- Knowledge of revenue cycle operations in hospital or ambulatory settings
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Optime and/or Anesthesia
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Epic Tapestry certification
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Knowledgeable in HIM operational functions
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills
- Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN
