Design, build, and implement solutions for:
Query Chaining
Utilization of the MSP Indicator
Plan Mapping
Auto Coverage Creation
Collaborate with revenue cycle and patient access teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver automation enhancements.
Support testing, validation, and documentation of registration and eligibility build.
Troubleshoot coverage-related configuration issues and coordinate with technical teams as needed.
Provide knowledge transfer and workflow education to internal stakeholders and end users.
Experience with Guarantor Assignment Table configuration.
Familiarity with Term and Replace Coverage from Eligibility Response functionality.
Prior work supporting coverage and eligibility integrations with payers or clearinghouses.
Epic Prelude Certification (strongly preferred).
Epic RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) Certification (required)
Proven experience in Epic Prelude, ADT, or Registration/Coverage build.
Strong understanding of eligibility, coverage, and payer workflows.
This is a remote position.
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Prelude Analyst for a remote, 6-month consulting engagement with one of our Southern California healthcare clients. This consultant will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing registration and coverage automation workflows within the Epic environment. There is no onsite requirement for this role.
The Epic Prelude Analyst will be responsible for leading build, configuration, and optimization efforts within Epic Prelude and related ADT components. The ideal consultant will bring hands-on experience implementing coverage automation tools, eligibility workflows, and payer mapping to streamline patient access and registration operations.
