What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Epic course curriculum along with all training materials for the respective Epic application during implementations and upgrades
- Build, test, and maintain the training environment
- Conduct credentialed training programs for implementations and upgrades
- Coordinate with system analysts to develop proper training for end-users
- Participate in testing and workflow validation of new systems and modifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (3+ years of equivalent clinical or information services experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)
- Epic certifications in one or more Epic applications required (within 180 days)
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and experience incorporating it into stand-up adult classroom training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience developing and conducting training in an adult education environment
- 2+ years of experience with EMR or enterprise software implementations, specifically with staff training
