      Campus Overview

      Kettering Health Miamisburg

      • Serving the residents of Warren, Butler, and Southern Montgomery counties for over 40 years.
      • Kettering Health Miamisburg, formerly Sycamore Medical Center, is a full-service hospital located minutes west of the Dayton Mall on Miamisburg-Centerville Road off I-75 in Miamisburg, Ohio.
      • The cornerstone services for KH Miamisburg have been Bariatric surgeries and Orthopedic care.
      • Expanded services include emergency care, sleep center, mammography, breast MRI, cardiac catheterization lab, wound center and DEXA scanning.
      • 142 bed facility
      • Awarded with 100 Top Hospital by IBM Watson Health for the 10th time in 2019.

      Responsibilities & Requirements

      Technical Skills:

      • Proficient in using Epic software.
      • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
      • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools.

      Communication and Interpersonal Skills :

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

      Organizational Skills :

      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage initiatives simultaneously.
      • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

      Personal Attributes :

      • Enthusiastic and motivated with a passion for teaching and training.
      • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and requirements.
      • Strong commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.

      Preferred Qualifications

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Epic Principal Trainer Certification.

      Experience :

      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Epic trainer or in a similar role.
      • Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
      • Experience with Epic software and certification in one or more Epic modules preferred.
      • Minimum 2 years leadership experience
