What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, lead, and implement medium to large enterprise initiatives, including system selection projects
- Communicate effectively with project team and vendors to define and document project requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, including milestones
- Create and maintain project documentation in accordance with RWJBH PMO standards
- Track, mitigate, and communicate all issues and risks to maintain project schedule, budget, and scope
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in project management
- Knowledge of Project Management Operations in a Major Healthcare System
- Experience in MS Office Suite, Project Management Information System/Project Planning tool
- PMP Certification or working towards certification
- Active Member of PMI or similar organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of project management experience with large scale projects; 3+ years of Information Technology & Services or Healthcare consulting or equivalent experience
- Epic experience
