      Superlanet is seeking a highly skilled Epic Research Analyst for our healthcare client based in Arizona. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with the research team, including research coordinators, medical assistants, and part-time physician research coordinators, to optimize Epic Research module workflows.
      • Design, build, and maintain research studies within Epic, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows, including scheduling through Cadence.
      • Conduct discovery sessions to understand the client’s current processes and challenges, providing solutions tailored to their unique needs.
      • Partner with stakeholders to ensure research protocols and study configurations align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
      • Support ongoing projects and provide input to the team to meet critical deadlines.
      • Serve as a liaison between the research team and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.

      Qualifications:

      • Certified Epic Research Analyst with hands-on experience in research study build and workflow optimization.
      • Strong understanding of Epic modules such as Cadence and related scheduling workflows.
      • Demonstrated experience in building and managing questionnaires, consents, and other study-related configurations.
      • Experience in identifying and addressing operational gaps in research workflows.
      • Expertise in tracking and optimizing follow-up processes within Epic Research to ensure study compliance and efficiency.


      Benefits

      Hourly rate based on experience $75.00 - $85.00
