What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate resources and efforts of team members and third-party contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Assess risks and implement risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain accountability for completing tasks/projects on time and within scope
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Nursing, Health Information Technology, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity and vendor relationships
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (or within 6 months of hire)
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing/coordinating resources and vendors within the Epic application and Revenue Cycle spaces
- Familiarity with healthcare project management methodologies and best practices
