What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversight of master schedule templates for providers, including new appointment type requests
- Collaborate with site leadership and I.S. to recommend master temple enhancements
- Ensure completion of change requests according to process guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of scheduling experience and 1 year of master template experience
- Ability to lead change and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of physician/hospital workflows
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Current Epic certification in at least one Epic application
