      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Formulate and define business scope and objectives, including Epic Clinical Systems requirements
      - Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
      - Identify and resolve gaps in business processes while managing security and authorization setups
      - Serve as a primary liaison between Epic Clinical Systems teams and internal/external customer teams
      - Oversee production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing customer support for Epic Clinical Systems services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of clinical or relevant technical or business work experience
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
      - Epic Certification required within 6 months of hire
      - Experience with requirements management, diagramming, and use case development
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Visio, and possess good verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
      - Skilled in the design and production of quality deliverables
      - Strong vendor relationship skills
      - General understanding of software development life cycle and various operating systems
