What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Configure, roll out, and support Willow IP Epic application(s)
- Analyze system requirements and specifications, perform workflow analysis, and evaluate user experience
- Contribute to and manage small to medium projects independently
- Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials regarding application implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
- Ability to handle analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills in managing priorities
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
- Epic Willow Inpatient Certification
